Privacy policy
Loopwork, https://loopwork.online (the “Page”), is the shared working document of Kapsula, a private peer-learning group of up to about twenty people. Group members sign in to read the document, edit its text together and comment on it. The Page is run by the moderators of the Kapsula group (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data the Page collects, why, where it is stored and what you can do about it.
1. Who can use the Page
The Page is intended for members of the Kapsula group. Anyone can open the sign-in screen and this policy, but the document itself is shown only after signing in. The Page is not intended for children under 16.
2. Signing in and Google user data
You sign in with your Google account. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth on our behalf, and there is no other sign-in method.
When you use Sign in with Google, we request only the basic OpenID scopes: email, profile and openid. From them we receive and keep your email address, your display name and a Google account identifier. We do not request or receive access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or any other Google service, and we do not store your profile picture.
Google user data is used for one purpose only: to recognise you as a group member and to show your name next to the edits and comments you make. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not share it with anyone outside the service providers listed in section 5.
Kapsula's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can change the display name at any time on your profile page.
3. What the Page stores

Your display name, edits and comments are visible to other signed-in members of the group. Your email address is visible only to moderators and is never shown on the Page or in the printable document.
4. Cookies and analytics
The Page sets one strictly necessary cookie, the session cookie named ku. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and no third-party trackers.
5. Service providers
- Vercel hosts the Page and its server functions.
- Supabase (AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt) stores the database and runs authentication.
- Google provides Sign in with Google.
- Redis Cloud relays realtime presence between servers.
- Google Fonts and Cloudflare cdnjs deliver fonts and the diagram library to your browser. When your browser loads them, these providers receive your IP address.
Each provider processes data on our instructions under its own data-processing terms.
6. Your rights
You can see your data and rename yourself on your profile page, sign out there at any time, and delete your own comments on the Page. You may ask us to correct or delete your data, to export it, or to object to its use. When we delete an account we remove the sign-in record and replace your name in the change history with “Учасник” (Participant), because the history is part of the shared document. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.
7. Security
Data travels over HTTPS only. The session cookie is signed and not readable by scripts. Access to the database goes through our server functions with a secret key that is never sent to browsers.

Учасники входять, щоб читати документ, разом редагувати текст і коментувати його. Сторінку ведуть модератори групи. Тут пояснено, які персональні дані збирає сторінка, навіщо, де вони зберігаються і що ти можеш із ними зробити.
1. Хто користується сторінкою
Сторінка призначена для учасників групи. Екран входу й цю політику може відкрити будь-хто, сам документ показується після входу. Сторінка не призначена для дітей до 16 років.
2. Вхід і дані Google
Увійти можна через акаунт Google. Автентифікацію виконує Supabase Auth за нашим дорученням, інших способів входу немає.
При вході через Google ми запитуємо лише базові дані: email, profile та openid. З них ми отримуємо і зберігаємо адресу пошти, імʼя та ідентифікатор акаунта. Ми не маємо доступу до Gmail, Диска, Календаря, Контактів чи інших сервісів Google і не зберігаємо фото профілю.
Дані Google використовуються з однією метою: упізнати тебе як учасника і показати твоє імʼя поруч із правками й коментарями. Ми не продаємо їх, не використовуємо для реклами й не передаємо нікому, крім провайдерів із розділу 5.
Змінити імʼя можна будь-коли на сторінці профілю.
3. Що зберігає сторінка
- Пошта, імʼя, спосіб входу, ідентифікатор акаунта: щоб упізнавати учасника. Supabase Auth і таблиця учасників (Франкфурт, ЄС), поки ти в групі.
- Кука сесії
ku: щоб не входити щоразу. У твоєму браузері, 30 днів або до виходу. - Правки (поле, старий і новий текст, імʼя, час): історія змін документа, видима учасникам. База даних (Франкфурт), зберігається разом із документом.
- Коментарі та відповіді з імʼям і часом: обговорення тексту. Зберігаються, поки їх не видалиш ти або модератор.
- Присутність (імʼя, онлайн): хто зараз на сторінці. Зникає через 75 секунд після виходу.
- Позначки в браузері (онбординг показано, підказку показано, коментарі переглянуто): дрібні зручності, до нас не надсилаються.
Твоє імʼя, правки й коментарі бачать інші учасники групи. Пошту бачать лише модератори, на сторінці й у друкованому документі її немає.
4. Куки й аналітика
Сторінка ставить одну необхідну куку, куку сесії ku. Аналітики, реклами й трекерів немає.
5. Провайдери
- Vercel: хостинг сторінки й серверних функцій.
- Supabase (AWS eu-central-1, Франкфурт): база даних і автентифікація.
- Google: вхід через Google.
- Redis Cloud: ретрансляція присутності між серверами.
- Google Fonts і Cloudflare cdnjs: шрифти й бібліотека схеми. Коли браузер їх завантажує, ці провайдери отримують твою IP-адресу.
6. Твої права
На сторінці профілю ти бачиш свої дані, можеш змінити імʼя й вийти. Свої коментарі можна видалити на сторінці. Ти можеш попросити нас виправити чи видалити дані, експортувати їх або заперечити проти їх використання. При видаленні акаунта ми прибираємо запис входу, а імʼя в історії правок замінюємо на «Учасник», бо історія є частиною спільного документа.
7. Безпека
Дані передаються лише через HTTPS. Кука сесії підписана й недоступна скриптам. До бази даних звертаються тільки наші серверні функції з секретним ключем, який ніколи не потрапляє в браузер.
